The previously postponed Donny Osmond performance from earlier this summer has been officially canceled. The concert was originally scheduled for July 13, but was postponed due to illness.
- Refunds for ticket purchases made through Ticketmaster.com will be issued automatically.
- Refunds for tickets purchased in-person at any Seneca Resorts & Casinos retail site must be requested in-person, with proof of purchase.
- Ticketholders who purchased tickets through a third-party ticket broker must contact that third-party entity to seek a refund.
- Third-party refunds will not be available through Ticketmaster nor through any Seneca Resorts & Casinos retail site.
“We have agreed to officially cancel the original show, so that fans who purchased tickets for can receive a refund, but we are continuing to work with Donny Osmond and his management team to schedule a new performance date,” said Monique Sebastian, Executive Director of Entertainment, Seneca Resorts & Casinos. “We hope to welcome Donny back to Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in the future so he can perform for his many fans in Western New York, Southern Ontario, and the surrounding region.”
