• Each Pro Football team may be selected only once per entry, for duration of pool, including re-buys.
• All picks are Money Line only.
• One team per entry per week; no repeat picks allowed.
• Multiple entries can have different selections.
• Ties, no contest, forfeited games are equivalent to a loss.
• Selection changes not allowed after submission.
• Proxy selections not allowed.
• All picks must be made during Sports Lounge regular hours of operation.

Valid at Seneca Resorts & Casinos only. Must be age 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID and Social Club card. Entry fee and re-buy fee are non-refundable, with exception of promotion cancellation. All picks are submitted by completion of a Seneca Survivor Sports Wagering Tournament entry form and completed in person at a Seneca Sportsbook location. Re-buys must be made prior to 9 PM, Saturday, September 13, 2025. Contest becomes official after completion of Week 8 (10/26/2025). Full refund of entry and rebuy fees will be given only if season ends prior to Week 8 (10/26/2025). Refunds or split payouts apply, based on timing, should the season pause for 90+ days. Weekly game outcomes follow American Professional Football league rulings; forfeits, no-contests, or location/time changes may affect results. Promotional week runs from 2 AM Wednesday to 1:59 AM the following Wednesday. Should all remaining entries lose, or season ends after the completion of Week 8, prize pool will be split among finalists per promotional rules. Prize must be claimed by 1/31/2026 or forfeited. Valid government-issued photo ID and verification required at Cashier to collect prize payout. Complete rules posted at each Seneca Sportsbook location.
