Chef Mickey Chan is the newest member of Seneca Niagara’s culinary team. A native of Vietnam, Chef Chan lived in various cities throughout the country, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Duong, and Haiphong. Chef Chan honed his culinary skills while training in China and Canada before his most recent role in St. Louis, Missouri. There, he served as an Area Chef for Ameristar Casino, playing a key role during the opening of their resort in Black Hawk, Colorado. When he’s not busy at work, Chef Chan enjoys spending his time with his wife, son, and daughter, skiing, swimming, and, of course, cooking! Chef Chan’s main passions are his food and his desire to deliver outstanding dishes and service along with exceptional and memorable dining experiences.
