A Seneca Player's Club card is the first step in establishing the kind of personal relationship that you'd expect from Seneca Casinos. As a valued Seneca Player's Club member you are eligible to request a statement of your winnings or losses. Click here for more details.

To receive your Win/Loss statement, please follow these steps:

In person:

  1. Visit Seneca Niagara Casino and obtain your Win/Loss Statement at the Player Kiosk located next to the Main Cage Cashier. Your valid Seneca Player's Club card is required and you will be prompted to answer a few security questions to access your account information.

By mail:

  1. The requesting Seneca Player's Club Member must complete a Win/Loss Request Form.
  2. Click here to download.
  3. Please note that ALL fields must be completed for the request to be processed.
  4. Fax or Mail the Completed Form back to the following:
